Serbian Environmental Movement in cooperation with "Electric Power Industry of Serbia" and its subsidiary companies has organized Eco-camp at the mountain of Tara, i.e. the lake Perućac for the seventh year in a row. This year among the members of Environmental Movement there were children from Obrenovac, Lazarevac, Bajina Bašta, who went to Tara last weekend.

Although it has been a tough year where we were faced with a natural disaster and everything else that followed, we managed to close the financial construction, and this year 36 participants will be at Tara - Perućac in the ECO Camp "Tara 2014", Miroslav Mihajilović, secretary of Serbian Environmental Movement, said before leaving on a trip.

He said that the Executive Board of Serbian Environmental Movement decided to be a sponsor and donor for participants from Obrenovac, which is, he says, "a modest contribution for a number of young people to spend seven days at Tara at the expense of Serbian Environmental Movement. He is convinced that students from Obrenovac, five of them, through the implementation of the seven-day program at Tara, will tell their friends when they return home that they were with people  who spend their free time devoted to improving the living and working environment.

They hope in the SEM that cooperation with TENT will result in new journeys in the future.

We expect that the very good cooperation we have had with TENT will continue in the coming years, in order to join forces and continue to do so with regard to the protection and improvement of the environment, as well as networking activities and involvement of greater number of young people, said is Mihajilović.
