Mr. Čedomir Ponoćko, Director of TENT, signed the second amendment to the Act on risk assessment at TPP “Nikola Tesla” A in Obrenovac on 10/10/2014. The act of signing was attended by Vojin Nestorović, Director of Corporate Affairs, and Jovan Vasković, Head of Risk Management.

According to the Law on Safety and Health at Work, the employer or director is required to sign a statement that it will adhere to all regulations and that, as the most responsible person in the company, try to implement  preventive, technical, organizational and other measures the Act provides for the assessment of risk consistently in practice, in order to maintain the level of safety. This is exactly what has been done today by the Director of TENT, Jovan Vasković explained.

Reminding that TENT, as large and complex technological system, passed an Act on risk assessment in March 2010, while the first amendment followed in 2014, Vasković pointed out that it is a "living" document, which in practice is constantly improving and changing, adapting to the demands of work and the needs of employees.

In practice, we have found that it is much more convenient to define organizational units through one book, as opposed to the previous period, when we had standardization, which has brought us a lot of problems. These are, essentially, the most important things that have been done in the amendment to the Act on risk assessment this year, concluded Vasković and announced that, pursuant to the requirements of practice, there are more amendments to come in the future.
