KONKURS 110 NAJBOLjIH
PD "Thermal Power Plants Nikola Tesla" Obrenovac employed 11 interns with a university degree on the basis of vacancies announcement "The best 110", which had earlier this year been announced by the Public Enterprise "Electric Power Industry of Serbia".
In the process of selection of candidates the total of 2358 applications were considered submitted by 890 candidates by who wanted to be employed in the TENT. The top-ranked candidates according to the established criteria were called to interviews. They met all the formal requirements of the competition, finished (in reasonable time) the relevant basic studies according to the old, or master academic studies according to the new University programme, and their average grade on the completed studies was above the lower set limit. In this round of selection a total of 165 of candidates who applied for 11 positions were called, which is 15 candidates per position. After the interviews, the candidates were short-listed., so that the testing process included 5 candidates per each position. It included testing their knowledge of English, computer literacy and passing a set of psychological tests.
Following the evaluation of test results the committees selected the best candidates according to all the established criteria. Based on justified proposals, the director of PD TENT made a decision about the selection of the best candidates to be employed for and pass definite period of time of 12 months to prepare themselves for and pass the final exams on the completion of internship.
