Within six study committee on the second day of the 32nd conference “CIGRE 2015”, 77 articles were presented, and among them, there were five articles made by specialists from CE TPP NT. Presentation of these articles came across great response and attention of experts and specialists.

Mr Milan Lukić presented the article named by “Choice of generator synchronisation parameters according to data obtained from operation on the grid mode” on the session of study committee B5 – Protection and automation. The article was signed by Mr Milan Lukić, M.Sc. Predrag Ninković – EEI “Nikola Tesla” Belgrade, and Mr Radisav Vuković and Mr Ivan Mitrović, from TPP “Kolubara A” in Veliki Crljeni. In the article was stated that synchronisation of synchronised generator on electricity grid has to be precisely done so the equipment in the electrical power production chain could be protected from huge electromechanical strains. On that occasion, Mr Milan Lukić emphasised that this article was made as a result of efforts and activities done during repairing the damages at TPP K caused by last year’s bad weather conditions.

In the second article (presented at study committee D2 – Informational systems and telecommunications) named by “New telecommunication system at Railway Transport at TPP NT A” (signed by Mr Radoslav Korlat and Mr Goran Stojadinović) was presented solution for new telecommunication system at RT at TPP NT A, which, as it was stated, should support all existing and future services. IP phone, remote control of the transport and video surveillance were presented. Within this study committee, it was also presented an article named by “Experiences in operation of information and communication system at CE TPP NT under conditions of emergency caused by floods happened in May 2014, signed by Mr Miroslav Babić and Mr Vladimir Gačić. The aim of this article is that through describing the situation in which, during floods happened in May 2014, “Thermal Power Plants Nikola Tesla” found themselves, give its contribution in analysing the problems of information and communication system operation under the conditions of emergency, when just the terms reliability and availability got one new and totally different dimension. In the article were presented gained experiences in real situations and conditions, when functioning of more different factors became endangered operation, not just of specific informational and telecommunication services, but also own physical existence of systematic equipment and people.

Two more articles were presented yesterday within study committee A1 – Rotating electrical machines done by great number of authors and among them there were also specialist from CE TPP NT. These articles are “Parallel operation of group regulator excitations and reactive power in two close power plants” (signed by Ms Jasna Dragosavac, Mr Žarko Janda, Mr Tomislav Gajić, Mr Sava Dobričić, Ms Jelena Pavlović, Mr Dušan Arnautović - EEI “Nikola Tesla” Belgrade, Mr Dušan Ivanić, Mr Bojan Radojičić – from CE TPP NT) and “Monitoring of rotor magnetic field at turbo generator, example of discovering and repairing inner bending connection at rotor winding” (signed by Mr Filip Zec –FEE Belgrade, Mr Marcin Orzelek - Ethos Energy-Poland, Mr Nenad Kartalović – EEI “Nikola Tesla” Belgrade, Mr Ljubiša Mihailović, Mr Bojan Radojičić, Mr Marko Cvijanović from CE TPP NT). In the first article, which represents significant professional contribution in the field of optimal generator exploitation, was shown that parallel operation of devices for group excitation regulation and reactive power (GERRP) after showing disturbances into electrical power system, successfully returns voltage on buses to values before disturbances, adjusts reactive power grouped into generators and there positively affects on increasing voltage stability. In the other article was shown the diagnosis of rotor winding condition, actually existing and locating inner bending short circuit of the rotor. It is about generator on which has been done overhaul together with replacing truss caps and sliding rings during last year’s revitalisation of turbo generator at the Unit A3 in TPP “Nikola Tesla” in Obrenovac.
