On the penultimate day of the international conference “CIGRE 2015” passed in working remaining study committees. Among many other articles, two more articles were presented yesterday made by specialist from CE TPP NT. The article named by “Recognising and valuating of synchronise generator via auxiliary systematic voltage maintenance service at the market” (signed by Ms Jasna Dragosavac, Mr Žarko Janda, Mr Dušan Arnautović – Electrical Engineering Institute “Nikola Tesla” and Mr Ljubiša Mihailović – CE TPP NT), was presented within study committee C2 – Managing and exploitation of electric power system. In this article, the review of technical framework was given, in which service of voltage maintenance has been carried out. Those technical frameworks include generator operating chart, return impact on the buses on reactive size range of the generator which is available to the system, limiters adjusting within automatic voltage control and available voltage range. The second article had been presented within study committee C3 – Performance of environmental protection system named by “Improvement and environmental protection at thermal power facilities within PE EPS” (signed by Ms Dragica Kisić, Ms Snežana Andrić, Ms Nevenka Milićević, Ms gorana Strugar, Ms Snežana Kojić and Mr Predrag Cvijanović). In this article, the review of activities done in period between 2001 and 2014 was given and also activities which are planned in the aim of improvement and environmental protection in thermal power facilities within PE EPS. Measures which refer to relation of emission adjustment of pollutants into the air, water and soil have been brought to the fore. On that occasion it was emphasised that in mentioned period, the reconstruction of electrostatic precipitators had been performed due to reducing powdery materials emission and this was financed partly from IPA funds, partly by credits and one part was provided by PE EPS own funds. During yesterday’s presentation, it was also emphasised that in previous period a few projects were initiated and their realisation will additionally help the improving environmental protection. One of them is introduction of new technologies for ash disposal which is at different stage of realisation within PE EPS. At the same time it was planned to realise the project for flue gases desulphurisation, reducing nitrous oxide emission by replacing appropriate burners which falls within the field of primary measures, as well as realisation of the project for building the facility for waste water treatment.

During yesterday, it was also held the assembly session of CIGRE Serbia 2015, where it was adopted the report on the work of this organisation between two assemblies, together with financial report and also report of plan realisation for 2014. On the assembly was also adopted the working programme of CIGRE Serbia for 2015 together with financial plan for this year. At this session, Mr Ninel Čukalevski from the Institute „Mihailo Pupin” was elected for new deputy president of CIGRE Serbia. On that occasion there were also assigned two recognitions for lifetime achievements in the CIGRE organisation and three plaques for work in this organisation. Recognitions for lifetime achievements were given to Prof Dr Milan Savić and Mr Radomir Naumov and the plaques were given to MSc Goran Jakupović, MSc Božidar Radović and Dr Jasmina Mandić-Lukić.
