for submission of Bids for the open procurement procedure for procurement of transmission system for balancing and vibrodiagnostic

2. Subject of procurement: Steam soot blowers system of the unit А6 boiler. Detailed specification is given in the Tender Documentation.

Conditions for participation: all physical and legal entities which fulfill obligatory conditions from Articles 44. and 45. of the General Procurement Act (Official Gazette of RS No. 116/08) and other conditions applicable to the subject PP which have been stipulated by the Purchaser in the Tender Documentation.

Bidders are obliged to submit bank tender guarantee for the seriousness of the Bid, in the amount of 2% of the value of the Bid, with validity period until the moment of concluding the Contract, not shorter than 60 days from the day of opening of bids,

Criteria for the selection of the Bid is economically most favourable bid. Elements of criteria for selection of the most favorable bid:

– price 80 weights

– unification of reference 20 weights

Time and place of reviewing and taking tender documentation: Interested Bidders may take a look at the Tender Documentation every working day between 11,00 and 13,00 a.m. on the premises of TENT ltd, Obrenovac, Company part- TENT A – Department for commercial issues and analytics, address: Bogoljuba Urosevica Crnog 44, Obrenovac.

For the purposes of copying and submission of the Tender Documentation interested domestic Bidders shall pay an irretrievable amount of 200,00 RSD, VAT included, into the account of CE „ТЕNТ" ltd Obrenovac No ТЕНТ No: 205-79076-25 Komercijalna Banka Belgrade.

Interested foreign Bidders shall pay an irretrievable amount of 1 EUR, to the foreign currency account of CE „TENT" ltd Obrenovac, No. 00-701-0030460.9 at Komercijalna Banka Beograd: IBAN: RS 35 2050 070 100 3046 0987 (SWIFTcode: KOBBRSBG)

– Interested Bidders may take over the tender documentation with previous notification either personally, or by mail, against submission of authorization for taking over of the documentation, as well as submission of evidence of payment and Bidder's identification list.

Required Bid content is determined in the Tender Documentation.

Deadline for bid submission: Bids shall be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope, directly or by mail to the address from item 1 within 30 days from the publication of Public Invitation in Official Gazette of RS, _____ 2012. until 10,00 hours, with the designation: „Bid for PP Н.Н 9451/12 do not open, to be handed over to Vesna Stojanovic – Procurement Department of TENT". Bids shall be submitted in one written copy.

In cases specified by Article 32 of PPL the Purchaser shall extend the deadline of submission of Bids.

If this deadline expires on the day which is not a working day or on the day of a state holiday, the first following working day shall be regarded as the last day of the stated deadline. The Bids submitted after the expiry of the above term shall not be taken into consideration, and shall be returned unopened to the Bidder. Timeliness of the receipt shall be appreciated as per the date and hour of a Bid's arrival in the Purchaser's archives, and not as per the date and hour of its delivery at The Post Office.

Public opening of bids shall be performed on the day following the expiry of the deadline for bid submission at 10,30 hours on the premises of Procurement Department TENT A, Bogoljuba Urosevica Crnog 44, 11500 Obrenovac.

Representatives of Bidder must enclose their respective authorizations during the Bid opening. Of the opening of the bids Minutes shall be made which shall within 3 days be submitted to all Bidders.

Frame deadline for decision on contract awarding is 30 days from the date of bid opening.
